I don't know what it is i've just noticed it when it started to hurt. Is it fungal? or eczema? I've applied some cream with antibiotics.

Pls tell me what is it cause is kinda painful. I can't understand why would it be ringworm cause i only wore long pants. Maybe is dermatitis. Can someone tell me exactly ?
