Beat Crypto Cards for Non Americans

What are the best crypto cards for non Americans

Looking for best crypto debit (don't think we can get free credit cards yet, right?) cards (master, visa, amex etc) for NON Americans!

Ideally no monthly/yearly cost and low transaction fees, easy KYC (i heard all non KYC cards are actually KYC somewhere by someone else using shady tactics so they can get closed).

Mostly want for online shopping, or traveling!

Do these glasses do anything to improve eyesight

Solid plastic glasses with small holes. I wear glasses but when i took them off and wore this, focus was clear, I could read stuff further away. An aunt gave me this saying it'll improve ny eyesight and I won't need to wear glasses again if i keep wearing these for some time! ??

Is there any science behind it? Why do the holes improve the focus?
