New little guy! Attila

I just picked up a used Attila - it doesn't seem to have been shot too much, but when taking it down to clean, I found the comp is stuck on. So that's interesting but not a huge deal.

Other than that, seems like it was a good buy - it came with 4 S15 gen3 mags and a G43X 10-rd, RMR plate on the gun and RMS-C plate. It didn't come with optic-to-plate screws though so I'll have to figure that out, maybe a trip to the hardware store. Planning on a 507K - backup irons might even be usable, similar sight picture to using the rear notch on a K optic.

Hopefully I'll get to the range this evening to put first shots through it!

Red Dirt trigger done

Red Dirt trigger is in.... Gold F3 for Prodigy grip. Also have the EPS green MRS on it with 1° shim.

Hopefully I'll get to shoot it one night this week. Just dry-firing it, I don't think it will need much else. Didn't have time to measure the trigger pull or do any leaf spring adjustments, but it feels about the same as my Prodigy which I setup at 2lbs.

Yet another Prodigy group swap

Hey, new to the AF sub though I've been reading things here and there for a bit. I finally got one of these a couple weeks ago, a 4.25 comp with the RMS-C cut. First pic is from it's one range day so far, just making sure it ran, which it did. (Was also having fun with some new work on the caniks...)

I had a spare prodigy grip kicking around, so I switched to that and an EPS just now (2nd pic)

Love it so far. I don't think it needs much more than a red dirt trigger and spring tuning. It's definitely a better starting point than the prodigy (I've had that gun 3 years and options were different back then).

Just another range trip, shh....

Went to the range the other evening after fitting the threaded barrel on the Rival.

- Rival + threaded barrel + form1 can

- MC9 + threaded barrel + RDI single port comp

- Romulus 4.25 comp - new guy, first rounds, yay!

- Prodigy 4.25 where the remaining Springfield parts are barrel, slide, frame, grip

I kinda love the little MC9 with the comp. Second time shooting it this way - switched back to the TTI trigger shoe and will likely keep it this way. Might have to get the comp cerakoted to complete the "baby TTI" look 🤣

The Rival suppressed is good clean fun... needs a tick heavier recoil spring to reliably return to battery every time, but it was just for range goofing.

Rival threaded barrel doesn't fit

I bought a threaded barrel PACN0034 for my polymer rival when they were recently available from canik usa. Usually no big deal to swap lego parts on a striker gun. Well, I tried to before heading to the range and found the gun will not go together with the threaded barrel. It seems like the feed ramp is not passing over the locking block during assembly.

Wondering if anyone else picked up one of these recently and if you have the same issue? I'm reaching out to century on this of course.
