Can anyone please tell me how these differ in cultivation from cubes? I would really appreciate any and all pointers.

Howdy! Google is not helping me at the moment - so I'm hoping someone here will take pity on me and tell me how to grow Subs. I'm told they're more finicky than cubes, but more forgiving than pans. This sounds like the perfect middle ground for me.

So, anyone feel like helping me out or pointing me in the direction of a sub reddit that will?

I'm planning on travelling with some albino tidal wave tomorrow. I will be on day 3 of a water fast - the fast being for physiological health reasons but also to cleanse, spiritually, prior to my journey/trip.

I'm completely stumped when it comes to dosing though. My plan is to make a tea and sip it gently. Can anyone give some recommendations?
