思わず・構わず。。。What does the わず mean after the verb?
i tried looking up online but there wasn't really an answer for it. Is this a thing i can attach to any verb or...?

How do I create a double negative
For example Im trying to say: It's not that I dont know, its that....
From my beginner brain im thinking of 知らない and then somehow connecting it with じゃなくて
Are double negatives even a thing or common in japanese language?
