UFYWeekend!

Anybody down for a weekend clean? I'm going to get a headstart tonight since I have a job interview to prep for Saturday afternoon and I'd like to enjoy my holiday. I just want to clean the space and clear my head. I'll use the UFYH weekend clean. The good news is that most of my laundry is clean, I just need to put it away.

Physical therapy for achilles, takes OHP?

I have tight achilles and one may have a small tear. 😱 My podiatrist has referred me to Emanual because they take OHP and it's close to me. But I want to go to a place that understands sports injuries. I'm getting to an age when people are likely to not trear me like an athlete.

Any recommendations?
