Anyone have recommendations for a WL shoe that is wide at the toe and a low heel height? Bonus if it’s affordable lol.

I’m attending the Arkansas show solo and I have GA Star VIP. Wanted to prepare myself interns of the lining up and VIP check in:

- What time are VIP people lining up and is it really necessary to line up at 6 am??
- When we get the numbers, is it possible to leave the venue and come back or do you have to stay there?
- After VIP check in, when does sound check start?

I underestimated the workload of Med. Dose and Pharm. What happens if I roll Foundations over to the next term? I’ve heard some say that it affects your standing?

Current weightlifter and I’ve been thinking about trying powerlifting just for a few months. Just curious if this will stunt my weightlifting progress or not. Also was thinking about including one day where I do the olympic lifts.
