question for my fellow worldbuilders

what are the major/minor alliances in your world?

like, major or minor groups of united nations that serve as either military, trade, commercial, etc etc

because i have several alliances, the main one being the United Nations of Antheria and it's two Subdivisions, International Authority and Global Occult Coalition (inspired by SCP)

so, out of curiosity, what are yours, love to know and get to know everyone's universes!

Every Country and it's Basis

Imperio de Tucana - Spanish Empire, heavy inspirations from it

Canis - Spanish-Gibraltar, heavily dependant on Tucana, used to be bigger before it was colonised

Vega - Ecuador, revolutionary state that was the first one to rebel and become independent from Tucana

Hydrus - Roman England, with some French inspirations, probably one of the better navies in the area

Orion - Colonial America, heavy inspiration from the war of 1812 with lots of modernization

Commonwealth of Rigel - Based on Colonial Canada with Danish Roots

Lacerta - Based on Brazil, second one to rebel

Reino de Auriga - Portugal and Puerto Rico, third and final to rebel

Kingdom of Serpens - Based on Roman Ruled Italy

Xanqarx - Fictionalized

Duchy of Xophia - Fictionalized

i hope this isn't a problem to post here as im embarrassed enough but i need to get this off my chest (yes i tried multiple vent subs but they removed it before i could post it)

(genuinely hoping this sub doesn't remove it too)
so im 15 (hope that's not a problem) and im a recent member of the godzilla fandom (unimportant/important) and, i have a bunch of problems that ive tried to talk to my friend about, but he never responds, so im really desperate and need this off my chest because i can't tell my parents really

it started a couple years ago when i had my first phase of it, and it was normal, but the main artists/reasons why left and only recently came back, and im not exactly mentally stable in the first place, i have anxiety and autism and depression and all that due to school related trauma/social trauma in general, so the only "friend" i have is a online one

my main worry is im constantly yearning for something about it, i don't know whether it's to be popular or loved like that or i want to physically be the characters or have something like that, i really don't, and whenever i see something along those lines it gets worse, and i can't block it out or unfollow it because im a big sufferer of FOMO

ive tried a lot, i made my own universe up, i made my own godzilla oc (only can describe it because i can't draw anything except a map, more context soon) and my main plan is to make it to 18 and move out to the US (uk at the moment) and start a career in voice acting and digital art and making a roblox game out of my universe, ive even made/used ai chatbots out of this stuff (not proud but i have addiction problems), and it doesn't help the places i post it (my friend's DMs because I use X as my main friend-chat platform, and the r/worldbuilding sub which keep taking down my posts asking for help because they're a "wip/diy community"

i don't really know what to do anymore and this kinda stuff has driven me to a breakdown before (tagged because of this apps bad moderation), im not asking much for help i just want someone to take to or anything like that, im just lost and need a safe space
