Here I am again. I would be fascinated, if you guys could help me remember the name of the film, a fragment of which I saw some time ago on YouTube.

That's 21st-century movie. So, there were two people, a man and a woman (I think). One of them managed to climb out of an open storm drain (or sewer hatch), but the other didn't—they got stuck. There was a cracking sound of shoulders, but they still couldn't get out. Color palette: green and bluish hues. Monsters are approaching.
