Anyone know where I can obtain 2-chlorotoluene without too much paperwork?

As the title says I’m looking to obtain 2-chlorotoluene. I live in the United States in New England and am a hobby chemist. Chat says I can obtain it without too much paperwork but I’m having a hard time finding a vendor that will ship to somewhere other than a business address. I do have an llc but no buisiness address.
