Best red light therapy panels?

I've been meaning to start with red light therapy for ages but I get stuck on what brand to go with, and more specifically what to get. I want something that has the best overall benefits (inflammation reduction, recovery, skin health, mood improvement etc...), and is the most versatile.

So if price is no object, which one would you recommend and why? I'm thinking obviously best quality light that truly will have therapeutic benefits, and also a durable, well made device that's easy to use.

Also curious to hear from those who use them and have good results, what is your routine with red light?

Thankful for input!

Tracking sleep quality

I'm tired and do not have it in me to research a bunch, so was hoping someone here would have done that already :)

I'm interested in tracking sleep quality, I'm starting a new regimen and I would like to get a baseline and then track intermittently, so while I'd be interested in options for things that can be ordered through a provider, I'm mostly asking about the best option I can buy and use on my own. I am adamant about sleeping at least 7hrs, going to bed and getting up around the same time, but dealing with exhaustion and while I know of several factors that cause that, I would also like to see if perhaps my sleep quality isn't ideal. And if it improves with the work I am about to start.

Cost is less relevant, I'd like whatever is A - most accurate and B - looks at as many variables as possible.

I've seen Apple Watch, Oura ring and Garmin being mentioned most frequently, but I'm not sure what the differences are between these when it comes to quality of tracking etc.

I'd PREFER a device that can do this in offline mode, as I really do sleep better with reduced RF/EMF exposure, this isn't a must though since I'm not going to use it every night. But a plus for me so worth mentioning.

Very grateful for input! Thank you!

Hello!

I bought a drill the other day and I pretty much chose what I figured was a mid to high range option, more than one speed seemed good and it didn't have any unnecessary (for me) extras like impact drill etc. The one I chose was DCD800D2

Gonna be honest - I'm absolutely clueless about drills, I mainly got one as I needed to put together some bigger IKEA furniture and wanted it to be quicker, but I figured if I'm getting one I want one that'll last and is versatile, that can be used for home projects ahead. I need to put up curtain poles for example, I've borrowed drills from people in the past and it was time.

Either way, I was surprised when I got it how heavy it was, it seemed heavier than the ones I had borrowed. Its not like its hard to lift or anything, but I have shoulder issues and figured holding it in a static position for a bit, one time after another, would quickly get tiring.

So now I'm debating if I should find one that's a big lighter, but I am not sure. I realized I didn't go into this purchase well informed. I gather from google that the weight can vary from 2.5-5lbs between the different models, and the one I got was about 4lbs, so on the heavier side.

I can always manage it, but is there perhaps a better option for me? If anyone bothered reading this far and have some input I'd highly appreciate it. I can easily exchange it still but I'm not sure how to decide.

Thank you!!
