Cant find Patchnotes or am i blind?

Who knows what was changed or is new?

Did not play since newest Update

I heard in a YouTube Video today that there is a Device on Console now which can allow Wallhack or Aimbot on Console.

My question is what device did they talk about? And are there people who saw or heard something simular?

If true what will future Console Lobbys be like? Xim and cronos is already super common in higher Ranked Lobbys on Console (also Cheaters)
