So I did a claim last week because I got sick and will be out for two weeks how long does it usually take to get approved by sedwick this is my first time using this since I've been working for Walmart these past 3 years and if approved will i be paid for my off days if not that's fine I just hope I don't get fired for getting sick and they approve my claim

So I did the assessment and passed to be a digital team lead in my store I've been working this department for 3yrs age can basically do everything that's needed to be done from picking to dispensing they had a spot for twoleads so they brought one person in from another store that worked front end abs didn't know anything about digital after that i was told that in order for me to be a team lead I'll have to already have been a team lead before like what how is that growing i just don't understand it at all
