Should I go the conventional route and select IISER Pune as my first priority (I will most probably get it) or consider some other IISER? I want to pursue theoretical physics in the future. This doubt arose because I have seen many times that IISER K has a better physics department.

Is my older (pre reval) marksheet given by the school still acceptable considering reval just got released.
