Coming from mechanical/commercial hvac. How do I prepare for controls new construction

I’m gonna have a interview for a building automation controls position. It’s on the new construction side. I’m told the interview will be situational questions. My background/current job is commercial hvac. I really want to do well in this interview. Is there anything I should be studying to prepare?

I’m told sequence of operation is very important knowledge to have. Obviously from my mechanical background I’m skilled with a multi meter.

I’d like to get my arms very strong for the kuzushi of o goshi. Any recommendations on exercises?
