$60 Karakoram. First $100-300 in parts?

My first MTB was a Trek 850(?) Second was a ‘95 Timberline. Still have the T-line frame, but just bought this late 80’s Karakoram. I’ll replace bearings, cables, pads, grips, chain, pedals and clean, lube and tune.

Intended use is upright comfort bike and some easy gravel

Give me a priority list for the next $100-$300, and a few more ideas. Pretty flat where I will do 95% of riding. Its also pretty safe where I live, but I want to be able to lock it up with a cable or U-lock for an hour or two without attracting thieves, so final investment shouldn’t be more than $5-600.

Newb trouble finding stripped lowers

I’ve searched and can’t find recent advice on this. I’m in Oregon and were threatened with all kinds of bans I believe, but mostlymagazines over 10 rounds and ARs? So I’m not wealthy, but I want to get a few stripped lowers sooner than later. I only know what I read here and see on YouTube. Some say all lowers are the same, others disagree. I’ve seen brands that seem respected- Aero Precision (maybe OOB?), Giessele, Griffin, Andersen?

I’m a lefty and want full ambi. The Griffins and Aeros seem to be in very short supply. I picked up a Geissele Automatics Super Duty Lower at Primary Arms, but it’s sitting in limbo “awaiting fulfillment”.

I don’t have much spare time to be hunting these things. Can you give me some other good lowers under$250 to look at?
