Pattern for this type of waist?

I found the longer version of this dress at Marshall's and LOVED it, sadly it doesnt seem they will ship to the US. I can't seem to find what this style of skirt is called. drop waist? it has a few pleats and the curved section extends to the hem. Help! :)

anyone have official intel on the next phase workouts? my app was mistakenly showing this week as what I believe to be the next set of classes: 45, panthers, 22, apollo, desert heat, track stars, medusa.
