I'm about to pick it up again since I left it for two months a little after finishing the Sinful Hospital instance. It's difficult to not invest in the character that could very likely end up being the smartest character in fiction...
So in spirit of this I thought I might as well ask out of curiosity.
I know different people have different ideas of what a "Top Tier" is, so just try and give me a general answer if you can, but any opinion is okay. Perhaps a little reason would also be nice. 🙏
