I'll start with saying that the 8sleep has probably been one of my best purchases ever. The first leak we realized first thing due to wet shirt at night. It happened within the first 2 yr warranty so they replaced it no issue. This time the leak happened when the perfect storm of events happened that we didnt realize for days. I had to work 3 16 hr days in a row and my wife was with our baby in her room. Of course the leak was on wife's side so thats why we didnt notice until I got the refill notification. Customer service said $1600+ for new one... just sucks due to possibly having to replace a matress thats just 2 years old if it doesnt dry out. Just needed the vent session due to seeing others posts like this.
