Need PCB for Big Buck World (Australia)

Does anyone know where I can buy a new PCB for Big Buck Hunter? The Australian distributor for Arcade1Up is having trouble getting the pcb from them and I have been waiting for close to 6 months now so trying to find the part from another source in Australia.

Time Crisis 3 not booting

Hi was hoping someone could help.
My Time Crisis 3, 2 player is not booting.

Player 1 just comes up with the * Bufram Write * while Player 2 has nothing at all. Have switched the systems to other sides and will do the same ( Nothing on Player 1 and Bufram Write on Player 2).

Bought 2 new disc drives and tried replacing but does the exact same thing.

Any suggestion on what to do?
