How do I find a young artist/maker?

I'm at that stage of life where I'm trying to de-stash. My mother gave me a lovely turquoise bracelet, with a very large stone. I just can't wear it anymore. I also have some touristy type necklaces with beads of turquoise, etc. I also have a huge piece of silver-like one of those collectible silver bars. And other silver/turquoise jewelry I don't wear.

I'll eventually kick the bucket, but I'd like to have it all in one place, with a note saying it should go to a young artist so they can create new pieces.

What NA organization would be best? I'm not planning on going anytime soon-it's just a plan.

Has anyone been given an 'exact' plan of what to eat?

Edit/Update: I have made an appointment next week for an initial consult with a woman with many degrees, and it looks like she might be a good fit. I had to search quite a bit b/c so many dieticians/nutritionists in my area are eating disorder specialists.

Then there are so many people that have suggest AI, I will try that in the morning. If AI can get me a good meal plan and make really funny kung fu cat videos, that's all I need it for!

Thank YOU ALL for your kind replies. When I turned 60, I was pretty much the same weight I am now, but shapely. Now it has all migrated to the middle like I need a floatie in case I fall in a pool. I really thought I'd dodged the 'apple body' that so many women get. Now I'm seeing so many inspirational 'glow ups' of older women I'd really like to be in shape once more and stay that way. Always working forward to my original weight of 8lbs 10 ozs!

Original Post:

I'm at my wit's end. I have a BMI of 32. I know what to eat, but I'm the kind of person that needs an exact plan. Not "make sure you have x ounces of protein 3x a day and fruits and veggies". I need something that says on MWF you will have 2 eggs for breakfast, with 1/2 a slice of toast.

I need to lose at least 20 pounds. I do walk and ride my bike when weather permits.

Anyone had a plan handed to them like that? My doctors have always said "follow the blah blah diet".

I need a drill sergeant on paper. Something simple like chicken and broccoli, nothing involved or over-precious. I need food as fuel. I can be a foodie another day.

Thanks!
