How Rare?

This is my dads 96 CCLB 7.3 4x4 with a ZF5 in the royal blue color. How rare do yall think it is? I can't find any numbers anywhere. Also, hello! I'm new here, lol.

Wiring question

My 2011 S model sedan has a weird issue. When I turn sharp left, the drivers side speaker stops working. When I honk the horn, it starts working again. Anyone have any insight on what the issue might possibly be?

Options...

I know its a little bit of reverse engineering, but I really like the look of the sedans vs the hatchback. I know its been done before, but I've been pondering an ST sedan swap. I used good ol' gpt to generate these, just to see how it'd look. I'm torn for now between getting an ST front end with 5 spoke white wheels, or just running the 5 spoke wheels till I can score a full wrecked ST for a chassis swap. What do you guys think? Or should I do none of the FiST body, and keep it a stock looking sleeper? Nobody would expect an S sedan to push ST horsepower, lol

Now I know I will get the guys that just say buy an ST, but I like to be different and difficult, lmao

PSA to anyone doing a starter on their 1.6l Fiesta!!

Everyone online tells you you have to either remove the intake and alternator, or undo all of the coolant lines in order to get the starter out. I can confirm, with some strategic wiggling, and a whole lotta luck, I successfully did a starter on my dads 2012 Fiesta, 1.6l 5 speed without having to remove any extra parts. The trick is, remove the alternator positive wire and it will allow you to pull the harness down enough to get at the nuts. Everyone struggles with getting the wiring off of the starter, this allowed me to move the starter to an easier spot to remove the nuts. Just wanted to throw that out there to anyone staring down the barrel of a starter replacement!!!

Even more tint...

Decided the receding hairline on my fiesta was annoying, fixed it quick. Works very well for the sun as well because I'm taller. Quite happy with the 3% sun strip

123,456!

Slowly racking up miles on my 2011 S model. Found out my stock mufflers pretty rotten. Might find its way into the scrap bin "accidentally" till I get around to buying a new one to weld on...

New Shift Knob!!

Got bored so I got a free snap on ratchet handle from my truck, tapped some threads into the plastic, and made myself a custom shift knob while keeping the functionality of the original boot! And don't worry, its easily reversible. I will, though, just end up buying a new stock boot and knob due to my boot being torn. But for now, its kinda cool!

Fiesta ST Shocks on an S?

I'm sure I'm not the first to do this, but I found a cheap pair of factory ST shocks on marketplace for my S, and the swap was simple enough. For the small degrade in ride quality, the car corners way better than it ever was intended to. I would like to find a full ST suspension set to swap over eventually, but for 40 dollars, this was a great, easy swap that made the car feel so much better. Next will be poly motor mounts to get rid of my torque twist!

Is the Fiesta the optimal vehicle?

I love my fiesta, especially after going on a 700 mile road trip with 3 people. That was with camping stuff as well. I just recently picked up a roof rack, next will be a carrier and bag, rendering my fiesta as the most optimal overlanding vehicle in existence lol

Rooftop Carrier

Alright. I'm looking for a good rooftop bag or carrier option for my 2011 Fiesta S (US model.) I need to move all of my stuff down to my college apartment and I need a good recommendation on where to go with a carrier bag. The car itself has a reasonable amount of room, but I'm not certain if I will have any help moving. Cramming enough stuff for 2 months of comfortable living makes it a terrible 3 and a half hour drive. I have found reasonable options on Amazon, and I'd like to stay on Amazon for options due to being able to get it this week. I just did a 700 mile camping trip with my buddies, and a tent with some cotts, chairs, and other camping supplies made us pretty cramped making me scared for moving my stuff down. I had quite the downsize from my 2010 ford edge. Any help would be appreciated!!

Bumper Stickers!

Sometimes you have to enjoy your car and throw on a couple fun and easy stickers lol. This one makes me pretty happy. Had it custom made at a vinyl/t-shirt store.

2011 Fiesta S Without Sync

I was curious how hard it would be to add a sync system to a 2011 ford fiesta s without sync. I know there's an extra plug I don't have, but at least bluetooth would be nice to have. I don't see much online about it, and I do already know gen one sync sucked. I had it in my 2010 edge, but its worth it for the bluetooth. If anyone has any thoughts or feedback, it'd be much appreciated.

The main reason why I want to do the swap is because my dads 2012 fiesta s had the headunit go out and he doesn't mind having to use the aux with a non sync head unit. It's getting increasingly harder to find a non sync head unit as these cars are genuinely getting rarer and rarer as fully base model cars.

Thank you!

Cruise control!

I know this is probably a common thing, but if you own a mk7 ford fiesta s without cruise, all you have to do is find a good steering wheel with cruise buttons, and then install it! The only tech savvy portion you have to do is plug into it with Forscan, and then turn the module on. Or you can have a dealer do it (but that's expensive.)

An easy way to check if your mk7 fiesta is able to have cruise is look on the brake pedal. There should be a blue and white plunger switch which is for cruise control shut off.

Gotta love modular cars!!

2011 Fiesta S Radio Upgrade

I was curious if anyone found any good alternatives for a bone base model Fiesta. I already have a Bluetooth aux adapter, but I would like to browse around for radio options. I know theyre harder to find with the radio setup it has, but any help would be very appreciated. I have a hard time finding ones for the S, all of them seem to only work with the SE.

Mines bone base model, crank windows, no cruise, manual transmission. Its a US model with the 1.6L I4. Thank you!
