Feels like I'm driving over rumble strips (except when I accelerate/am on the gas pedal). 2014 Honda Ridgeline.

2014 Honda Ridgeline - 162,000 miles.

For 2 weeks I had a squealing sound coming from my front driver's wheel area. It got worse when I turned right, but nothing turning left. I checked the pads/rotors and they are in great shape. I sprayed the rotors with brake cleaner and re-lubed the pins. Made sure the dust shield wasn't hitting the rotor. The squeal lasted 3 more days then stopped. Now for the past week it feels like I'm driving on rumble strips, except for when I'm pressing on the gas. When I'm on the gas it goes away. As soon as I let off of the gas, the rumble returns. It seems to me like it should be a bad wheel bearing, but when I tried the 12/6 test there is no play at all. When I spin the wheel, it doesn't make any crazy sounds. I attached an audio file of the squealing I recorded while turning slowly to the right in an empty parking lot. This recording is from the day before the squealing stopped. (Warning: it's ear piercing).
