What is this Bridgerton tea pastry?

I’m watching Bridgerton season four right now, and in episode three they focus on this pastry on a tea table for a solid five seconds (at 12:50). Now it’s all I can think about as the episode goes on. I’m not a baker and not familiar with tea-specific desserts.

It looks too big to be a shortbread or a cookie, and it does not appear to have a scone‘s texture… I think it may be red velvet, possibly? Whatever it is, I’m hoping I can find and/or bake one myself.

Thanks for your help!
