If I remember correctly it used to work like Fiora Passive - you hit from that angle, deal damage and get the boost, and a few seconds later a new mark shows up.

What the fuck is this new(?) iteration exactly doing?

There are almost constantly 4 marks in every direction of the target, what's the thought process here?

I heard a lot of complaining about Kinkou Jitte being broken, and having played a few games I see why.

But I still don't get it -WHAT THE FUCK IT IS SUPPOSED TO DO???
