Psa: beware of optimum
Money hungry company!
Do not use optimum for wifi if you can avoid it. I paid them 2x a month for slow wifi, and when i cancelled, no one notated that i cancelled my service so they continued to bill me. When i called to report that i was paying 2x a month and that they continued to bill me after cancellation not only did they call me a liar but they also told me I still have to pay the bill that they billed me after cancellation. With my new wifi company, i pay half the amount i was for better internet.
