CPTSD + ADHD overlap

I definitely also have cptsd and some sort of neurodivergence. How many of you has one or both of these as well?

I feel like I have about half the amount of living hours compared to the average human. So I’m always learning new coping mechanisms and designing my life around what works with my body. Like last night I did yoga before bed and slept for 6 hours straight which felt like a miracle. Happy to hear thoughts on stuff like that, too!

NYC Central Park?

Hi! I’m traveling to NYC soon and just got into climbing outside pretty recently. Central Park looks like lots of chill easy boulders and sounds like a fun time. Wondering if anyone got crash pads I could borrow? Or suggestions on where to get them? Or want to meet up even?? :D

What do y’all do to sleep better?

Asking about both the everyday routine and sleep hygiene, as well as the internal work and processing.

I feel like my nervous system is still not fully settling. Is there anything you do before bed to support? Or ways you’ve used to relearn safety?

Also y’all are a breath of fresh air, I feel so seen. Wishing everyone healthy deep sleep 🫶🏼

Program for both coaching + business

I’m very recently interested in life coaching and am looking at programs. Are there any that do a decent job teaching how to be a good coach, and then also follow up with helping transition into the private practice aspect?

I usually wear shoes that are foot-shaped and wide toe box. Not necessarily barefoot either, just a shape that doesn’t wreck the natural shape and function of the toes. I want to do that with climbing shoes, but not sure what to get.

I’m looking for shoes that don’t damage the angle and joints that the big toe sits at. Can be ok if other toes are squished a little. So this means, high asymmetry maybe? Problem with most “high symmetry” I’ve found is that their widest/asymmetric point is still not the tip of the toe. Almost like they’re just making the shoe wider to make space for a baby bunion - no thanks!

Closest I’ve found so far are Evolv Defy Laces. Please drop your recommends! Happy to hear creative solutions too!
