What Items/Runes will you use?
I'm a Jungle main looking to pick up Locke, so that i have a mid laner when i get filled. I was wondering what y'all think his best build will be. I think i'm gonna Go Electrocute, Sudden Impact, Deep Ward, Relentless hunter, Axiom Arcanist nad Transcendence. For items i would go Malignence, Omnivamp Boots, Mejais and Lichbane. What are your thoughts on this build?

I've made this very annoying team with Mega-Gengar and Sableye. I added a rain mode against Charizard and trained my Gengar, so that it always survives max Speed Shadow ball from opposing Gengar, when Light screen is up. I originally had a Whimsicott on the team, but i brought it only a single battle. What should i add?
Edit: Please stop saying to add a drizzle pokemon. IT DOESNT WORK! They are all weak to electroc and i don't have shit against that.
