What is this effect around the torso of this person?

Apologies if the quality is poor, but I’m wondering what the effect surrounding this persons character is? He has starlight dots around the edges and theres a blue hue at the center

What is up with all the AI video thumbnails for the ESO Community?

I’m just getting more seriously back into ESO after a couple years hiatus, it’s been a lot of fun and there’s so much that’s been improved save for one thing. IT FEELS LIKE 75% of the ESO creators just use shitty AI renderings for their video art that doesn’t even look close to the game it’s trying to represent.

I get that ESO by its nature as an MMO doesn’t have the same YouTube presence as shooters and what not but like come on it’s not hard to add effects or even get a novice artist to do work for you.

It’s just lazy and gross and while it’s a problem in a lot of spheres online it seems like ESO has more than average.

How long are Crown Crates out for?

Same description as title, just recently getting back into the game and wondering how long the new Anu and Padomay crates will be around for?

I sunk 12k seals in all the armor styles for the Padomay set along with weapons but still am missing the staff and am just 45 seals short of it.

Would be cool to have the crates stick around long enough for more seals to pop up!

Padomay Style Weapons not counting for cape effect

Is there any reason why only the body pieces count towards the glow? Seems like a missed opportunity to have the weapon styles also count towards it

High notes feeling like a brick wall

I’ve been learning to sing for around 200 days now with a teacher 1x a week + weekly choir and personal practice, my current range (and largely the same since I started) is A2/B2 - G#4 and I’m mainly interested in singing rock.

Recently it’s been feeling like every time I reach for a high note like A4 I’m literally just hitting a wall, it doesn’t hurt or feel strained it just simply won’t go, my voice will crack or I’ll flip to falsetto and no matter the adjustments I make in lesson or outside it feels a bit caught in limbo. I don’t have any soreness after lessons or anything either.

My teacher thinks it’s a mix of confidence and wants to eventually try to squeeze my notes up higher so I was wondering if anyone is in a similar or has been in a similar boat with that feeling of just pure refusal from your body to go higher.

First off, apologies for the poor quality? This was mid raid, and couldn’t get a decent photo for the life of me.

It’s a pair of blade that have blue flames around them nonstop. I’m guessing it’s a crown store style?
