When exporting videos from CapCut, some blue artifacts appear every 5-8 seconds. How can this be fixed?
Hey guys, my dear friends, hello everyone! I’m in complete despair, I don’t know what to do or where to turn. I’ve been using CapCut for cutting and splicing videos for half a year (that’s my job), and six months ago I bought myself a new computer, it’s still under a 2.5-year warranty. The first four months everything was fine, but in the last two months artifacts have started appearing in videos after rendering in CapCut. These artifacts look like the photos I’ll attach below. After exporting the video, every roughly 5–6 seconds at 30 fps and even at 60 fps, some blue artifacts show up in the video. Mostly, they are very noticeable only if there are dark segments in the video; on light parts they are barely visible or not at all. And these artifacts are present throughout the whole video… The original files don’t have this problem. So, videos that I recorded and didn’t render or export in CapCut don’t have this issue. I’ve already tried everything. I changed the resolution, bitrate, codec, format, frame rate—nothing helps.
I’m seriously begging you, please help me. I’m already thinking about whether to try returning the computer or just the graphics card. There are no such artifacts in games, and actually, they don’t appear anywhere else either—only after exporting from CapCut. I’m begging you, help me.
