So I just moved back to CT (I know, I know). Recently got a form 1 approved so will be making my own suppressor, with that said I am confused about one law. I know there was a ban on "ghost guns" and that you had to apply to get a serial number issued, is that still the case or did the time frame pass on that like they did with the recent awb update. As in, can I still make my own firearm and request a serial number for it and then go through that process. Thanks for any help!
