So the past like week or so I’ve totally lost my appetite and I wasn’t sure what the cause was at first but I think it’s when I’m sober I can’t eat like it all just kinda taste like mush. The thing is though I don’t think I smoke that much like probably daily but like I’m not high all day it’s normally just like at the end of the day and I’ve only been a daily smoker since summer. I haven’t experienced the nausea or throwing up and I don’t really know much about chs I only found out about it today and I’m scared.

So I got my nose pierced a at like 7 (it’s now one) and I have touched it a couple times accidentally, they told me to not to clean it until tomorrow. It’s a little sore and I accidentally like moved it up and seen that there’s like black around the hole, I was at a fire and also smoked weed out of something that the lighter was really close to my face could that have irritated it? Should I do anything?
