Ki-Adi-Mundi Is NOT a war criminal.

Listen, I do not like Ki-Adi-Mundi. He’s not a good Jedi and he’s barely even a good general. He’s awful to his clones and he’s generally just not a good person. However. He is not a war criminal. I see so many people bring up the flamethrowers. Assuming that Star Wars laws around war are similar to the Geneva convention. Flamethrowers aren’t against the Geneva convention. What is against it is using flamethrowers when risk of civilian population may be of risk (which wasn’t a worry in that scene.) dropping flame based substances from the air at a military occupation when there is risk of civilian property destruction. (Again doesn’t apply) and finally there are rules against using flamethrowers when there’s a change you will light vegetation on fire. I.E forests or large patches of crops. Which isn’t an issue in a rock cave. So no. At least in this scene. Ki-Adi-Mundi, is NOT a war criminal. And definitely doesn’t come as close to the amount of fake surrenders that anakin and obi wan excel in.
