pretty much the title, just got enough watch hours to apply for monetization and applied for ad-sense, now just wondering how long it usually takes for step 3, get reviewed take. ty!
Basically the title. last few videos have been getting a decent amount of impressions but pretty low CTR. whats the best way to improve the CTR, and how often should i be changing the thumbnail and title of a video thats already uploaded?

title of the video will be something along the line of: "Here Are 5 Indie Games That You Should Know About" and its around a 20 min video of me recommending indie games with some jokes and animations
So I had a video do pretty well a few months ago, but every video since then has slowly been getting less and less views.
I've tried to start making longer form content which has been taking longer to edit (but I'm still enjoying a lot) but these videos are performing way worse than my previous ones.
So is this pivot I'm making hurting my channel? or is there something else I'm missing?
