Hey everyone,

After the monthly evaluation on July 20th I crossed the thresholds required to become a Top Rated eBay seller & am no longer an Above Standard seller. In order to get a 10% discount on Final Value Fees I know my listings need to offer both:

#1. 1-Day handling time or same day

and #2. 30-Day Free returns.

My questions are mostly these: Do I need to offer free replacement of the item as a return option, or ONLY offer a full refund option for my free returns? Also, how do I check that a listing is "Top Rated Plus" (Where do I check on the screen/listing to see the banner?)

Any other tips/tricks I should know about here?....How do I mass select & edit 100 of my listings to make all 100 of them "Top Rated Plus" at the same time so I don't have to do it individually for each listing?

I tried searching this sub & Google but can't come up with a straight answer for this specific situation. Long story short, I have already shipped out an order & USPS has scanned the label. It won't be delivered for another 3 or 4 days, but I realized after sending it that I left 1 of the items out of the order which was worth the majority of the order. Am I able to receive 100% of my Basic Promoted Ad fees back if I decide to refund the buyer in full right now, BEFORE the order is delivered & BEFORE the buyer initiates a return request? Obviously I no longer have the option to "cancel" the order after the carrier scan, I can only refund in full & leave the order the way it is.

I'm trying to save myself the money for the return label, plus avoid an "item not as described" claim on my eBay seller account if at all possible.
