Can anyone tell what's wrong with my Jinhsi rotations?

Can anyone tell why my Jinhsi scores are so poor? 3573 on R2 Swarm with S1R1 Jinhsi/S4 Mortefi/S2 Verina seems absurdly low. I've tried repeating the run several times and couldn't get higher than about 4700 as well, which still seems rather low.

I'm virtually certain it's a rotation issue, since she's got maxed skills & 18/25 useful echo stat lines including crit/crit on all echoes.

If it's a quickswap issue, I'm OK learning it eventually, but first want to get the basics down.

Why does the Moon appear to speed up and slow down in Stellarium?

Why is it that the Moon appears to speed up and slow down as it moves across the sky in this video? The daily frequency suggests that it's something to do with the Earth's rotation, but I'm hard-pressed to pinpoint exactly what it is (and why other celestial objects like the Sun does not show the same behavior).

How do other gacha games deal with power creep?

In light of several other threads about HP inflation on this subreddit, I'm wondering how other gacha games deal with power creep. Based on my background in trading card games, I was expecting power creep to be inevitable - as more and more characters get added, either the new characters are underpowered and useless, or new synergies are discovered and the power level goes up.

The way TCGs deal with this is via set rotation - the most recent format (and the one getting the most tournament support) only allows the most recent X sets to be used. All older cards are not legal. You could have a format-warping card legal in one Standard format, but then in a couple of years it'll be illegal, so new sets don't have to have the same power level to compete. In non-rotating formats there are occasionally bans if a card becomes too format-warping, but they still show consistent power creep.

The other way I've seen to deal with power creep is rebalancing, which happens in MMOs. I suppose Wuthering Waves could in theory have rebalancing (and I'd like to see it) but if an old resonator is always viable, then people might not pull newer ones, which hurts the game's finances.

I can't imagine Wuthering Waves is the only gacha game to have power creep issues, so: how do other gacha games deal with power creep? This is the only gacha game I play; I know little/nothing about mechanics in other games.

Where does the idea "Chisa needs her weapon" come from?

Recently I've seen a lot of people write "I've read that Chisa needs her weapon, so ...".

I'm wondering where this idea comes from since I am pretty sure Chisa's weapon does not lead to much of a team DPS increase. The damage increase depends on team, but an order of magnitude estimate for the team damage increase is ~7%. This follows the general rule that main DPSes want their weapon and everyone else can get away without it.

Has any well-known content creator made this claim? If so, who is it and why do they think Chisa needs her weapon?

Only thing I can think of is in Carte/Cia/Chisa, where Chisa needs her weapon to outperform S6R5 Aero Rover (who's free) in 1-2-3 hypercarry gameplay. However, even in this team, S0R0 Chisa outperforms Aero Rover when quickswapped.
