Do you need to have the main skill for the artifact to grant you all subskills? For example I just got the Holy Sigil of Quix which unlocks all 'unlearned' subskills for various skills, but I don't actually have any of those skills and I can't see a list of all my subskills other than those in the hero screen.

Reading the description i'm guessing I just get all those subskills regardless if I have the main skill?
