Before u tell me to take my ps5 apart and replace liquid metal, I already took it to a repair shop and they did it for me. The repair tech said he tested playing the game for 2 hours and it didnt shut off at all, but when I took it back and played at home it still shut off after an hour or so. I tested multiple games, valorant, marvel rivals, warzone and star wars jedi survivor and they all never shut off after more than an hour, it only does for this game for some reason. I genuinely dunno what else to do, I dunno y it's only shutting off for one game only. I tried reinstalling, replacing database, repairing storage, and putting sleep mode off, but it still shuts off when I run this game.

Is ghost of yotei hard on the cpu/gpu of the ps5? Do ps5s tend to get very hot running the game?

I just bought a ps5 used and everytime I play ghost of yotei, after an hour or so, sometimes less, the console just completely shuts off and I have to replug the psu cord to turn it back on. I tested at least 4

3 other games and after an hour or more my ps5 never shuts off or even lags, it just does it for ghost of yotei for some reason. I tried jedi survivor, marvel rivals and valorant, and after more than a hour i never experienced any shutdowns or types of crashes, it worked normally. Before I do a teardown to clean the vents/fans and replace the liquid metal is there anything else I can do? Why is it only shutting off for ghost kf yotei?

I just bought a ps5 used, and it keeps shutting off whenever I play ghost of yotei after an hour or so. I tried testing marvel rivals, valorant and call of duty for an hour or so each, and it never shut down like it does for ghost of yotei. I tried reinstalling it and restoring game licenses but still it shuts off. Also disabled sleep mode and positioned my ps5 to be vertical. I tried all types of positions for my ps5 but it still shuts off.

Graduated 2022, but am still around the area. After work, Livingston was on the way so I decided to eat at their dining hall just for old times sake. Everything was basically how I remembered, almost nothing changed. Any alumni still visit from time to time even though ur not a student anymore? Is it weird to still be around?
