My jetlag comes in the form of gastro issues and it sucks. When I moved from West to East coast I had tummy issues for a whole month.

Any recommendations to avoid this ?

Would appreciate recommendations for a Webcam that works with the Switch 2 that isn't terribly expensive but also not terrible.
