Some of these excuses are killing me.
"I'm meeting a friend that day."
"I'm working the apple festival."
"I have a baby and I'm tired."
"I have other plans."
I wish someone was witty enough to go with, "I've got to wash my hair that day," while also being bald.
This is truly one of the wilder things that I've read locally in some time.
The amount of stonewalling being done by the district here is really weird. Like, why would you get into public service if you're wholly uninterested in the "public" part?
Public education is a service, not a business. That being said, they do need to show that they are being responsible stewards of the public's money. At the end of the day, the people who answer to the public is the school board. I hope the Syracuse Media Group keeps on their asses.

I got a new series and I was planning on changing the episode ordering to thetvdb because that's the only place it exists. But when I edit the series and go to advanced, the option is just... not there? There is a random text box in its place.
Actually, what is missing is:
Episode ordering
Metadata language
Use original title
Enable credits detection
Pic 1: What this new series shows:
Pic 2: what it looks like on other series:
No news articles yet, but the local elected officials are sharing the information.
This is a good thing for the kids, the parents, and the employees. Now the school leadership needs to get it together.
