E10/15 vs straight gas question.

I have a 2024 Tacoma. Its rated for "up to 20% ethanol" by Toyota. There are places around me that sell ethanol free gas, would it benefit the engine/fuel system at all to occasionally run a tank of straight gas through the truck?

Every few days more codes are added. All electrical in nature.

Truck still operates legally and safely so far. I have a mechanic coming to look at it.
