I live in Florida with a one story house. The kitchen sink is in the middle of the house with no easy access to the attic above (vaulted ceiling ). It takes several minutes for the hot water to get to the kitchen, and I want a tankless heater. BUT I only have 120v in that wall. The range is not nearby, and it would be difficult to drop a new line from the ceiling. Is there a tankless heater that can run on 120v? I have a dishwasher but sometimes I just want hot water in less than 4 minutes. All the houses of this model have the same problem, so it’s not a buildup in the lines. Any suggestions?
