What do you train? How long do you spend in the gym? And how often do you go?
Currently hyping myself up to get back in the gym since my little boy was born, he’s just turned 3. It feels like I’m starting from scratch.
I was in pretty good shape and fairly strong before we had our son and I’ve kinda let myself go.
I feel guilty having time to myself and going as it is so I thought I’d ask the question of how do you all squeeze training in a busy lifestyle and what you all do?
