NER SCCA Autocross #7. Registered as Novice. One big mistake is attending the event with 7 years old General Tires AS05 that has 500 treadwear. Car never gripped and ate several cones ☹️
Somehow managed to secure third after realizing “slow is fast”.
I was thinking of getting the big verus wing, but the event really changed my mind. Seems like a new set of RE71s, new sway bar and a re-alignment will be far more useful to my car.
Also, people loved the livery. I’m glad that my car gets compliments from others.

Morfonica has been my favorite band for a while, thus decided to make this itasha for my two favorite characters. Feel free to spot me around Boston!

After finishing basic maintenance and swapping scratched mirror caps to carbon fiber ones, the new wrap is finally installed. Waited a long time for this and totally worth it.

Eventually the new wrap is installed. I think it’s totally worth the wait. Now I’m saving for the Verus splitter and Wing.

I scratched my mirror caps a while ago. Therefore ordered Noble OE styles carbon fiber mirror caps for replacement.
Turned out to be okay I guess. My car Doesn’t look any different from a distance, and caps look like fingerprint collectors up close.. lol

I took my car to a protuner yesterday. After a few pulls he said the tune is a little aggressive but overall fine. He suggested that adding a FMIC before re tuning could help a lot, and probably will give me an extra 20 whp. The car is at 302whp and 330lbft right now. I’m waiting for Independence Day discount on ETS ultimate FMIC.

Treated windscreen to remove films, then changed to Bosch Icon wipers. Saw a post discussing the Q300 fitment problem and now I can’t help myself noticing how big those mufflers are 😂 But it’s fine to me and this catback has treated me well on my daily commute. I’m also debating if I should remove the wing or change it to a different one.

Tried out my friend’s VA and fell in love with this Nuke Performance carbon shift knob. Made from real carbon and available in 3 different sizes. I ordered the tallest one. Installed it yesterday and immediately felt the easiness of shift and the lightness of the knob. Plus it doesn’t burn my hand unlike my previous weighted aluminum one. 100% recommend.

DAM dropped to 0 after WOT from 3000 Rpm, 3-4 gear. No CEL so far, should I try bringing that back to 1 or take it to a shop immediately?
