AITA For being mad at my best friend for not texting/responding to me for weeks?

My best friend (22F) and I (25M) have been best friends for 2 years now and we do a lot together. However, while she’s in school, she has this tendency to not speak to any of her friends for weeks to months on end and this semester got so bad where she didn’t respond to any of my calls or texts for 3 months. While something similar has happened in the fall, this time was worse cause this semester I felt like I needed her this semester. A trip I went on recently didn’t go well and my camera broke and I needed to replace it so I really just wanted to spend it with my closest friends when we got back.

She has apologize again about falling off the place of the earth multiple times throughout the semester but nothing changes. She’ll respond for a few days, go back to not responding for weeks or months on end, apologize for being unavailable, then the cycle continues. Each time it’s always with school and work which I do understand but I also know that you have to balance it somehow. Currently, I work 2 jobs, attend graduate school, community organize with my local town, neighboring cities, and with other online graduate students in my cohort, and will now be doing my field placement, internship, and a GSA member in the summer/fall. While it is a lot of stuff, I always make sure that I have time to decompress so I don’t go insane, and check on my friends throughout the semester and spend time with them.

So, am I the asshole for being upset about this? I feel like because it’s happened multiple times that I don’t feel like I should but I’d want to hear what others think. That, and this has been something that has been bothering me since I really do value her as one of my best friends but can’t shake being a little annoyed about this.

Should I get the Venture X or Wait on it?

I'm looking to get the Venture X as it seems like a really great travel card for me since I want to go on a vacation when I graduate from Graduate School in 2 years.

However, I was looking to pay off a camera I bought recently as my last camera got ruined from salt water on my last vacation and was going to pay it off using the Pay It option that my chase card offers. I would be doing Pay It for a $900 camera and would be doing a 6-month term since that would be reasonable for me, and I don't have any interest on it. That, and this would be better for me to budget that having to pay it off all at once (this is before I could sell the PC). But I am selling a computer this week for $1000 near me to flip.

So, with this in mind, which option would be the best for me to take here?

A. Use the computer to pay off the balance and then apply for the Venture X.

B. Put the money into a saving's account and do the Pay It option with my card and apply for the Venture X.

C. Put the money into a saving's account and do the Pay It option with my card and wait until it's all paid off before applying for the Venture X?

I cleaned the lens and the contact points for it and nowthe circled portion of the lens keeps jutting in and out and won’t focus on anything. I have tried switching it into manual and disabling the auto focus, but nothing has seemed to work. What is this called and what should I do? Can I fix this at home? Would prefer this as the closest camera shop to me is 90 minutes away.
