Range of Motion Question

So, the biggest problem I have with bands is that there’s so little resistance at the beginning of a movement.

I remember when I was younger the idea of “sevens”, where you would do seven partial reps at the beginning, middle, and end ranges of a movement. As I recall, it was meant to make sure that momentum didn’t help the next part of the movement.

Anyway, I’m wondering if something similar to that might help with getting similar resistance throughout a movement. Like finish your set and then take a step back and do beginning of the movement so there’s more resistance.

Has anyone ever tried this? Any success?

Fitness band sizes

Hi all!

Am about to buy a second set of fitness bands. I currently use Undersun bands that are about 4 years old. I understand that Undersun has gone down in quality, so I’m looking for another brand.

I’m hoping to be able to combine my existing Undersun bands with my new bands. So, my question is, are bands all the same size? And, if not, how are they measured?

I also tried some of the bands with handles maybe a year ago. Then I tried buying a second set so I could increase the resistance. But the second set was a different length…it was horrible.

Please and thank you for any advice.

Is this an idiom in Spanish?

“If you don’t review history, there’s no pet.” That’s not a saying in English, is it an idiom in Spanish?

Or, is it another AI mistake?
