(G.A.M.M.A.) Where do you put your hideout in the mid to late game as a duty member?

I know Rostok is the obvious choice for the early game, but what about later? Duty have no territory in the north. I usually use Zulu's tower but Yanov is only freedomers in gamma. Anyone know a good thematic place to place a hideout as a Duty member?

Help me finish my PF build?

I want to do a build for each specialization, and I feel like this could be good for the finishing one, with the badge boosts I can get legend posterizer and aerial wizard, with good passing for fastbreaks after I rebound, and decent defense. With not too many capbreakers I can get 80 3pt which is usable so I'm not completely one dimensional. This is my first 2k so I don't know a lot, mostly just trying to get badge thresholds. Any big flaws I'm not seeing or is this a viable build for online?
