I understand you like to be the hero and centerpiece of the game and that's why you NEED to make other people feel like trash, I believe the community thinks it's a lot of fun to make someone else feel bad, and that you get a lot of enjoyment out of putting someone down.
BUT, Sometimes self-reflection is the best way to progress and sadly the only way you can change the game, because what you say with that bad mouth is not going to affect the person you are putting down in the way you actually want him/her/they to.

Let's stop looking for other people who are the mistake and let's work on our own gameplay instead.
