Where is the best happy hour (food and/or drinks) preferably near North Torrance?

Just got back from Hermosa. Hella ppl at the club, reminds me of Downtown Riverside, Fullerton, Pomona, Huntington, or Redlands on a good day. Not the best, but definitely a lot of people dancing at the clubs. I recommend it.

Any places to go clubbing or highly populated night life on the weekends? Preferably a younger crowd
