i have experimented with raising and lowering the z offset, and lowering and raising the flow rate.. why does this happen on flat prints?

orca slicer, .28mm height, 0.4 nozzle, ender pla black, 220 nozzle, 50 bed, the speeds idk but they are default
I got the Space Pi Dryer as a birthday gift and I had wanted to put it on top of my printer with my CFS. I already had a stand for my CFS so it was easy to see from the top of my K2 PLUS, but obviously the CFS stand and the dryer wouldn't fit at once. I tried to look for a 2 in 1 stand (CFS and Space PI) but I failed to find one. Is there any that you guys have found? If possible I don't wanna buy any like aluminum extrusions or whatever.. thanks

i got a filament rack which came with extra metal bars, so im just gonna go into fusion and design my own stand. thanks for all your help
I am wanting to take Mechanical Engineering, and I was honestly wondering what is a day to day sort of thing you do in your classes? I am really curious as this is my last year before I head onto University. I’ve heard that the first year is the hardest, and then you move onto your specific path (mechanical, electrical, etc). any other things I should know? thanks
